You can choose to have Columbus Inpatient Care team as your hospital doctors.  We strive to improve the quality of your care and reduce the amount of time you have to spend in hospital by coordinating with consultants, your primary care physician, nurses, social workers, physical and occupational therapist.

 

At time of discharge, a summary of your hospital stay is sent to your primary care physician to effectively and safely resume care on follow up.

 

We are hospital-based physicians only and therefore unable to refill prescriptions.  If you need prescription refill, please make an appointment with your primary care physician.
